Carsawsan Cottage is a quality self catering accommodation close to Mylor Bridge, Falmouth in Cornwall, The property is situated in peaceful isolation down a concrete drive on a 185 acre farm - now mainly young trees, with 35 acres of mature woodland reaching down to Restronguet Creek, with private paths for walking. The only neighbours are the owners’ parents in the main house nearby, which does not overlook the property or its private garden and terrace.

The accommodation is all on one level, the living room, entered from the terrace, has comfortable sitting and dining areas, fireplace, T.V., video, playstation and C.D.player. The pristine, fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and generous storage space. Both bedrooms feature en-suite facilities, the double room with 5’ bed, basin, w.c. and walk in shower, the other with twin beds, basin, w.c. and bath with shower over and glazed shower screen. All the rooms have large windows overlooking the enclosed private garden. There is parking for two cars with hard standing for a boat/trailer available.

There is garden furniture and a barbeque and facilities include- electricity, oil-fired central heating, logs, bed linen, towels and table linen. Local amenities include Shop 1m, Pub 1m, 18 hole golf course 3m. Regret non smokers only, also no pets please.
